I could not have selected a better school (Medical Careers Institute) for my training as a Medical Billing/Coding specialist. My instructor was very well versed in the subject matter and made learning an enjoyable experience. I especially liked the one-on-one attention you get by being in a small class. Medical Careers institute is a warm and friendly environment and the location is great. Upon completion of the course, I felt confident with my job search knowing that I was equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to be a sucess in my new job.

In 2005 I attended END course at MCI on weekends (Saturdays). I have very good impression. In 10 months we finished program and in about three months later I got new job Polysomnographist! I think MCI is excellent opportunity to people who want to change their careers dramatically fast.

My name is Avenia, my first time at MCI was in 1995, I am a returning student because I believe the education I received here has enhanced my medical background, and given me the opportunity to become current on the new technology. MCI welcomes individuals from a wide range of ethnic and professional backgrounds. The screening process is friendly and very professional.

I graduated from MCI in December of 2002. I have a wonderful job in a great hospital. I passed my CCI registry on my first try, both the Cardiovascular science and the Echo portion. The information that I received in school proved to be very helpful both at work and for my registry. Echocardiography is a very interesting and challenging career which I absolutely love!!

After attending a job fair mentioned by our instructor in class, I was offered a position as a Telemetry Monitor at a local hospital. I still had several weeks until graduation. The administrators of the hospital were impressed with my professional attitude and the knowledge I had obtained at MCI. The hospital wanted me to start before graduation.
